Refund Policy

At Santa Cruz Pickleball Academy, we value our players and want to provide a fair and transparent refund process. Please review our policy below before registering for SCPA programs.

 

Participant Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund (minus processing fees). Cancellations made within 72 hours are non-refundable

Academy Cancellations

 

If Santa Cruz Pickleball Academy cancels a program due to weather, low enrollment, or unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund or credit toward a future program.

 

Missed Sessions

 

Refunds are not provided for missed sessions. 

 

Processing Fees

 

Please note that all refunds may be subject to non-refundable credit card or processing fees charged by our payment provider.

 

How to Request a Refund

 

To request a refund, please contact us at santacruzpickleballacademy@gmail.com with your name, program details, and reason for cancellation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
