Welcome to the Santa Cruz Pickleball Academy website (“Site”). By accessing or using our Site and participating in our programs, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

1. Services

 

Santa Cruz Pickleball Academy (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides pickleball instruction, lessons, clinics, camps, and tournaments for youth and adults. Services may be updated, modified, or discontinued at our discretion.

 

2. Registration & Payments

 

• To register for programs, you must provide accurate information and complete payment at the time of registration unless otherwise stated.

• We accept payments through secure third-party processors. By submitting payment, you agree to their terms and conditions.

• Spots in programs are limited and confirmed only once payment is received.

 

 

3. Cancellations & Refunds

 

• Participant Cancellations: Refunds (minus any processing fees) may be issued if you cancel at least 3 days prior to the start of the program. Cancellations after that time may not be eligible for a refund.

• Academy Cancellations: If we cancel a program due to weather, insufficient enrollment, or unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund or credit toward a future program.

 

4. Participant Responsibilities

 

• Participants are expected to follow all instructions from coaches and staff to ensure a safe and positive experience for everyone.

• Appropriate behavior and respect for others are required at all times. We reserve the right to remove participants who do not follow guidelines.

 

5. Health & Safety

 

• Participation in pickleball and related activities involves physical exertion and carries inherent risks. By registering, you acknowledge these risks and voluntarily assume responsibility for your participation.

• Parents/guardians must register minors and consent to their participation.

6. Liability Waiver

 

By participating in our programs, you agree to release and hold harmless Santa Cruz Pickleball Academy, its staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liability related to injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

 

7. Intellectual Property

 

All content on this Site—including text, graphics, logos, and images—is the property of Santa Cruz Pickleball Academy and may not be reproduced without permission.

 

8. Privacy

 

Your use of this Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

 

9. Changes to Terms

 

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the effective date.
